Has anyone else lost track of time?

After coming out of a relationship with an addict (and my dysfunctional self) has anyone else noticed they've lost track of time, never realised what day of the week it was...? Looking back on the past 2 years have been a blur.. I am starting notice what day of the week it is again.. Was it the situation or am I really crazy??

I find that when I look at my old posts on here really make me see how much time I wasted!! Just dont beat yourself up and promise yourself not to waste another day...thats all you can do.

Killerinstinct, I had the exact same conversation today with a friend. My timeframe is quite short comparatively, but it is like I just stopped crying long enough to realize I lost several weeks...just gone! crazy.

I feel the same way but I'm guessing its just a symptom of getting older and being busy.

I lose track of time when I am highly stressed.

There have been a couple of times in my life that I don't hardly remember.....

Part of the time with the relationship that got me here was like that for me.
