Day 4 and down 5lbs!

without trying...

been trying to lose weight for years but I guess the "bottle of wine (or a bit more) every day diet" just doesn't work.

Good job on four days. You'll notice everything getting better with time. There will be rough spots, but you can handle them sober.

Day 2 for me the headache I have is that due to withdraw it's banging trying to use kalms to keep me relaxed

I'm at day 57 and have probably gained 20 pounds so far. I guess I've replaced my 2 or more bottles of wine a day with food. About time to attack the diet now that I'm almost 2 months sober.
