Day 3
Day 3 of withdrawals after a binge/relapse, still pretty shaky and anxious, but trying to stay positive. I'm so disappointed in myself and trying to stay strong at the same time. Hoping that you havn't screwed up your entire life is an awful feeling. Well this is my first post so if anyone is in the same messed boat I am a pretty supportive guy, maybe we can help each other out.

Hi, I'm also back on day 3. I made it a month and a half and felt great, then somehow relapsed. It was the worst it's ever been. I'm me arrestees and have terrible anxiety. I can't sleep at night. I'm going back to AA, and just have to start over again as hard as it is. My family and friends are all disappointed. I know if I relapse again it will be even worse, and I could lose everything. Stay strong, were all in the same situation.

Well kinda looks like we are in the same boat. I am also really embarrassed, disappointed, and in general feeling like crap. I'm just feel that I have no choice...its either sobriety or i will lose everything. Just one day at a time. Hang in there i'm pulling for us both!
