Hi

I'm not really sure what to say other than Hi.

Umm. I'm gay. I think my issues with that have played a part in why I drink. I'm also an atheist. I'm not sure which part played more in my issues with keeping to AA. I suspect the whole drunk thing plays more of a part than either.

I'm also kinda messed up. I'm anxious all the time.

So that's me. Hi.

Welcome Luckers!

I found this forum to be a great place for discussing my misgivings about AA, and there's good information about other recovery programs in the Secular section.

I look forward to reading more from you!

I hope you can contribute some of your gaiety. I think there are several anxious atheists who are somewhat agnostic here.

Welcome! You might also want to check out the Secular Connections part of the forum. Lots of great info on all the different types of recovery there.
