It's really an individual thing I beleive. Everyone is different.

Maybe have dinner when you feel hungry and go to bed when you feel tired?

You can then have a baseline and can pick a routine that feels ok for you?

That is very dependent on the individual. I like to eat by 6 PM. I am usually asleep before 10 PM

In early recovery, sleep when you can! In all seriousness though, your body will need time to get back into a normal sleep pattern. So if you feel tired, go to bed if you can.

I'm an early to bed, early to rise, makes
one healthy, wealthy and wise with knowledge,
living a strong recovery program, balanced
nutrition, Faith and a comfy, cozy bed to
rest minds, bodies and souls to begin again
another day. ...and good ol ice cream...

In the early days I gave my body what it needed when it needed it, went to bed when I was tired and didn't worry when my body appeared to be needing food, the body needs to heal and repair!!
