So happy for a few days off!! Just a month ago, I would get nervous about the weekend b/c I was afraid I would be so tempted to drink. Now I'm just excited about a leisurely sober morning, maybe a farmer's market trip, and hopefully some sunshine!

Anyone have fun plans for the weekend??

The canine rescue group I volunteer for has been invited to hold an adoption event at an oceanfront farmer's market tomorrow. Sounds like fun to me...a chance to get our dog's and our groups mission out to new people.

Lots of busy things happening for me as well - probably a trip to the farmers market too. It's a 180 degree shift in thinking from my drinking years too - my weekends also centered exclusively around drinking, making sure I had enough beer and planning activites that would allow me to keep drinking.
