I'm still here, still sober!

Tough couple of weeks but I'm learning I'm stronger than I thought. I've had my mental health appointment and I've also heard from the alcohol service. I have another appointment with them next week so hopefully will get more support than I initially did from them.

Thanks everyone.

Mental health assessment was a lot especially just having had the ERPC a week ago. Hubby has been great though, small steps there.

I'd be lying if I said I'd not been tempted to have a drink but have resisted. Mind over matter!

I'm struggling to eat and am visibly down on my weight. Will be getting help though for that.
