AV in my head this morning!! Managed to kick it in the teeth. Lasted about 3 minutes but managed to visualize myself drinking & it actually made me gag!! & then it went a way.. Amazing how it creeps up on you for no apparent reason!

Thanks guys... yeah very interesting.. think it must have been the gagging reflex which sent it packing!! Hasn't come back.. gonna try that again next time it happens!! Going to think about whisky next time because the thought of that really makes me heave!!!! Sorry for the description!! not a pretty sight!!
