Stirring up old stuff
I'll speed ahead. I give this everything or nothing. Still can't sleep so I'm using the time. Blue book, journal, prayer, art. My tools. Doing first step work sheeting. Minimum one meeting a day. Keep coming back. My first attempt at all of this with an aweaome sober date of 7-7-14. That's an awesome date! Would hate to have to change it. They say it works if you work it! What every it takes, no matter what. A day at a time feels like too much. Some minutes pass like days.

i love reading posts like this were someone is putting in the hard efforts needed in the start of leaning a new way of living life
it reminds me of how hard i had to work just to get through a day with my head spinning around with all sorts of nonsense going on i had no way to find an off switch for it other then waiting for the next meeting to start
i can remember wishing that aa was open 24 7 so i could sit in the rooms all day long as i hated going back to my empty flat were my head would attack me again
thankfully i am well past all that these days but its something i had to get through to get to were i am today
good post and i am so happy for you that your mounting up the days
