Day 4, out of nowhere cravings

Hi Folks, need to post here.

From out of nowhere I started feeling like..what if I just stop at the store on the way home and pick up a bottle of wine and then a couple of those small bottles that I can just drink on the way home. Would that be so bad?? It sounds really appealing right now.

I guess its not out of nowhere. A stressful day at work, and the beginning of a project that is going to be stressful, long hours, and travel (which I generally don't dislike, but only b/c it involved drinking...).

I've had water. I've had tea. Maybe something sugary?? UGH!!

I found having a plan for the evenings after work in the early days a great way to stick to the task at hand, heading home from work with no plans opens itself up to the mind wandering.

Any chance of some fresh air, clear the head, that always works for me to clear the thoughts out!!

You can do this!!

Sugar will help.

Lots of folks use ice cream, chocolate.

Keep some hard candies with you maybe.
