It is for anxiety etc. to calm you and I put 12 drops under my tongue when I had anxiety attack earlier.

I did feel calm and now I feel more anxiety.

I think it's not uncommon for alcohol to be included in some herbal type remedies.

First take few deep breaths. Lots of us have taken things in error because we didn't even think about alcohol being in it.

For me it was Nyquil when I had a horrible cold and mouthwash when I went to the dentist to get my teeth done when I got dentures. I never even thought about the alcohol being in it however, I definitely tasted it after I took it. Now I just make sure to use alcohol free mouthwash and I use Dayquil instead.

I wouldn't think that you would have to start over and I didn't. I wasn't deliberately planning on drinking.

Please don't take this in offense, but the only thing that helped my anxiety disorder was seeing a specialist in anxiety disorders, and she gave me things to do that helped calm me down right from visit 1. please consider doing this investment, it's wonderful if you get the right therapist.

I would say take a step back and think this through...the amount of alcohol consumed was minute, and unless you took it specifically because of the alcohol it was a mistake. Do be a little more careful about reading ingredients in the future though, but move forward.

Hmm. Now you have got me thinking. I was given rescue remedy throughout my childhood, especially when all my brothers and I would break skin and kick up dust clouds. This remedy never seemed to work. As soon as adult backs were turned each still stuck out a leg for a final trip.

All this aside, my vote is in unconscious error not requiring a new sober date.

*I think that the majority of our child homeopathic medicine balls had a vehicle of alcohol within. Something I will look into as I am curious if this was an exception or the norm.

When I was little and we had a bad cold we got a hot toddy! Not like a shot but they put a little bit of either vodka or whiskey mixed with hot water and some sugar. And if I remember gripe water also use to have alcoholic in it. It was used for colic.

I'm gonna break this down mathematically.

You ingested 12 drops of a liquid that is 27% alcohol. 12 x 0.27 = 3.24

This means you ingested about three drops of alcohol. I'm definitely not saying don't be aware of what you are taking in but this doesn't scream out relapse, slip, etc.
