I'm really enjoying myself Headlump, I've gone a lot longer than 2 weeks before but its never felt like this. Before its been a struggle but this time I'm really feeling the benefits. Its almost as if the events of 2 weeks ago were a blessing in disguise. Without sounding strange I'm actually glad that it happened.

I'm a coconut water find too, Bruno! Too bad I cannot get the real fresh young coconut where I live. Nothing better than the real thing.... Drink the water and eat the yummy coconut meat when you're done.

To everyone... Try drinking just the pure, unsweetened coconut water. There are some waters out there that add juice, chocolate, etc and in my opinion (I grew up with this stuff...) it tastes awful.

Coconut water is like the ultimate hydrating drink. It's like drinking saline solution that tastes good.
