Day 12
Hi all,
Havent posted in a while. Been trying to get some more days under my belt but still been reading posts everyday. This forum truly has been invaluable to me in times of utter dispair.
I'm on day 12 after relapsing at 30 days. I'm so determined to beat this and never feel how I did a few weeks ago (which I can truly say was the most unenjoyment I've ever got from drinking) the guilt, shame and sheer disapointment in myself was palpable.
So for anyone thinking of going back out, that your drinking can change - it doesnt, it gets worse!
I'm so excited to be living my life instead of wondering how to escape it.
Good luck to anyone struggling or just having a bad day. You can do it!
