Day one
I don't remember my last drink. I don't know if I will have another drink. Today I don't drink. I don't know about tomorrow. The crazy thing is that only about five people even know I drink at all. I don't wake up in the morning and drink. But every night I say I'm going to just relax with a coup,e of drinks. Knowing that alcoholism runs in my family for generations, I shouldn't have started. I just started about a year ago, for no reason, just to relax. Last night I had my fourth blackout. Last week I severely injured my knee while drinking. I still don't know how it happened. So this is me, just someone trying not to drink today.

Welcome to the Forum Chloe!! 
Don't worry about tomorrow or the next day, as you say focus on TODAY, you just got to make it until bedtime and you're into Day 2!!
My drinking also progressed and spiralled until I needed to do something about it, you'll find loads of support here on SR!!
