day 1 again
day 1 again
Well the holiday proved to much for me at a BBQ all day and I certainly paid for it with a massive headache this morning. This memory and feeling will stay vivid to get me back on the right track. Its possible to stop drinking but I know mentally I never quit. Chalking it up as a learning experience. Moving onward and upwards always. The past is the past.

I don't know if this will help, but it's helping me. I used to write down all the symptoms, so I could read them back as a reminder, which worked for a while (not fully, as I'm back on day 8). SO, this time, I made a video of myself complete with dull hair, bloodshot and puffy eyes etc and trust me - it's working!!

A video, that's a good idea.
I am on day 3 sober after 11 months of drinking heavy daily. If it helps you to stay on the wagon, I haven't slept in 2 days, shaking, sweating and more. Don't be like me please.

Hi Krazyleggs. Hope this finds you feeling a little better x I'm sure you know to take in as much water as you can and that the first 3 days are the worst? Hang in there! Do you feel like you might need some medical attention? You're doing great - keep fighting through
Letitgo - Also, hope this finds you feeling less upset and more at peace -
Re: the video - If I get knocked down by a car tomorrow, I swear I will come back and HAUNT anyone who puts it on Youtube lol
