Heard an interesting thought on NCIS this evening.

"I have to let go or I'll be back to where I started."

In light of my day, I wanted to write this down to remember it when times are rough. We all make mistakes. I just have to learn how to let go of them, even if other people won't.

I haven't caved.

I think it's important to learn from the mistakes, but we do need to forgive ourselves or I think we continue to spiral downward.

Yeap we need to learn to forgive ourselves and keep moving forward, we can't change the past, it is done and dusted, but we can learn from it!!

Completely agree! I'm finding that if nothing else, this experience is teaching me who matters to me, and who I matter to.
