Feelings will pass, not only did I do many stupid reckless things when I was drunk, but I then slipped up continuously for a year, round and round in circles I went feeling frustrated.

The feelings fade, most of us have been there and felt those same feelings, the main thing is to try to look towards the future and what you're going to do from now going forward, and in time all of the frustrations about the past will ease!!
