What a difference a week makes...
I feel good. Pink cloud-yellow cloud-gratitude, whatever it is, I'll take it. Lots of kayaking in this gorgeous weather. Mariners game yesterday was awesome. Kayaking again today, not a cloud out. I'm am completely beat, my arms feel like noodles. It's good. I haven't had any cravings. Everyday I get up knowing I'm going to remember it. I like that idea. I have tried to enjoy every moment and do everything I can to just have fun and relax. I am a one day at a time person, think I always will be.
On another note, The Fuzz has always been a chewer. She chews cords, her bed, blankets, wood, my toes, plastic, you name it. Sooooooo how about so,e rawhide dog chews....

Good for you Pam...I will pass on something that was shared to me early in sobriety by someone who helped sheapard me into recovery.
When you feel good run with it. Make as much forward progress as you can. It is like climibing a sand dune. At some point you might slip backwards a little so you want to make as much headway as you can.
Over the past 10 months this has been so true and is today. While the depth and duration of the intervals change with time by all means take this pink or yellow cloud thatyou are experiencing and move forward. Start crafting a program. Whether its AA, SR, RR, therapy, journaling - build something because there will be some tough time too and you need that net in place for support.
This is my experience and the most valuable thing I think I can give to you Pam!
Congrats and getting your life back:-)
