Cold and Flu tablet triggering???

Hi I have a cold and took a tablet with pseudo ephedrine. I'm so tempted to drink!!! Could the tablet be triggering me??? I can't think of any other reason

I found the "coming down" from a flu tablet had a bad effect on me...made me feel hungover.....and we all know what we want when we feel hungover.

Same with coffee in early recovery for me.

I have experienced this. People actually buy these in large quantities to make meth, so there is no surprise this could be a trigger.

I was addicted to them years so my guess they are your trigger
