Today is day 17 for me, and I finally feel really good. Took quite a while this time.

Facing some challenges this week, but at least I feel better prepared after finding SR and reading all of your supportive and informative posts. Thank you all for taking the time to share a part of your life. It has helped me more than you know.

Wishing everyone from day 1 to many years a great and sober week ahead!

glad you're feeling better, Luper! that first month is a real doozie. do you have anything besides using SR for support going on for yourself as far as a plan for sobriety goes?

Glad to hear you are at 17 that is great! I'm glad you posted this! I'm on day 9, and that is the longest in 12 years! I can't wait to get to 17!

Well, first day back to work was horrible and then some...

It's funny though that everything I have read on SR (alot), working with my therapist and my doctor has helped me so much this time. Did I want a drink yesterday...oh yeah. But I didn't. Not going to let them beat me down this time.

I don't remember who said it on here, but I can't tell you how many times I said "not my circus, not my monkeys" yesterday. A big thank you for that, it made me laugh away alot of stress!

Day 19 today and moving forward..........
