Hello all.

Funny, I just spent a half an hour writing a well crafted and thoughtful post when the webpage died on me.

I was tempted to just say forget it and move on with the rest of the day when I laughed and realized that part of my problem is right there in that impatience and that utter disgust in the things I see every day in my surroundings and often in myself.

I jumped through all the hoops to get back to here and write this little snippet. I feel like that is a little private victory over my evil wolf and will use it as fuel throughout the day. I can't share that story with my employees but I am glad I am able to share it here.

Today is day one after 35 years of nonstop drinking and it is going to be a long one.

I will appreciate any and all support throughout the day.
