Hi all, day 4 is here and feel okay. Appetite still not great but time will change that as it does with most things. My determination to beat this is back with a vengeance!

I've actually forgiven myself for my slip, that has made this easier. Being kinder to myself is a definite change and lightens me a bit more from worry.

Sitting in the back garden enjoying the Glasgow weather (yes really!)

Anyone struggling just hang in there. Having a life free from alcohol is really worth it. Whether it be day 1 or year 20.
