I wanted to share my win for the day...

I asked my fiancé to come to the store with me to get cauliflower, because I really wanted to get a bottle of wine.. I knew if he tagged along it would keep me accountable. It worked, now I am drinking herbal tea and about to do some pm yoga instead of drinking wine and watching bad tv... Funny how those thing work, ey? Karissa 1 wine 0 !
