Going to court on Tuesday
Hi SR friends
I am due in court on Tues 24th June for a settlement conference, one step before a hearing.
I am really hoping to resolve all issues & hope that it ends there.
It would give me some closure to the past 7 & 1/2 years & enable me to move on & start living my life again.
If matters are not settled on that day then a court hearing will take place & it will be the judge who decides all.
I am feeling a lot stronger going into this conference than I did going into roundtable meeting.
I know what I want, what is best for the children & I am being fair.
So please keep me in your prayers & thoughts & wish me luck.
I will be nervous but I intend to stand tall, speak up & be heard & if the XH wants to disagree I am prepared to take it to a court hearing to get what I feel is the best although I'd rather avoid the debt it will leave me in.
I will post the outcome on Tuesday.
