Day 4 almost done
Mood swings were with me today. Started feeling good, got grouchy around 12, back to anxiety. Started calling around for other counselors. Hoping to get call backs soon. Anyway. Here comes the weekend. Ugh.

olometal, 4 days is great. when you feel that anxiety coming back you can always come here to post. someone is listening,

There is a weekend thread if you have not seen it. It's really awesome to keep sober and have a feeling of accountability
