Well day 3 has arrived...
...and it feels like I am over the worst of the acute symptoms.
Sweating has reduced, I've managed to get a sleep (albeit waking up feeling really spaced out and struggling to get up!) but I've managed to eat some cereal and now a bit of toast which is a massive step in the right direction for me.
Still getting the sort of 'peaks and troughs' if you know what I mean but if you had have offered me this for the rest of my life after the way I was feeling on Day 1 and 2 I would've bitten your hand off!
Can't wait to just get to the weekend now, and start my recovery for real.

I have to agree - on day 2 and its not been pretty. Not as bad as day one mind! I never want to feel like that again.
Well done on your 3rd day!
