Day 2

Hi all,

Well managed to get through the hell that was yesterday! I can say I NEVER want to feel like that again. Now dont get me wrong I dont feel like a ray of sunshine quite yet, but its day and night to feelings of regret/upset/anger like I felt with myself yesterday.

I've realised me being sober actually makes me happy.

Day 2 is a new day, I'm ready to face this.
