Hi everyone...my name is Kimmy.
I feel lost...hopefully you can direct me.
I have many many many things about me.
I've sort of been dianosed as to having ADHD, Manic Bi-Polar And OCD.
Never been treated...just self medicate with alcohol.
Hopefully I can finally talk to someone on here who understands.

Welcome to SR. I think you'll find people here that have any number of combinations of things. I was diagnosed bipolar and with anxiety disorder.
Do you have a psychiatrist that you talk to about treatment?

I was talking to someone but he passed away in a car crash...I soo cried about it.
My mind went beyond the sessions, I thought about his girlfriend and imagined her pain....it killed me too.

I'd get in touch with your primary care provider or someone who can help you find another provider who can help you with these issues.
