My 1st Day
My 1st day of sobriety.....again. Somehow I feel a bit more determined this time. And this is my first time ever on this site. I really need to make it work this time....I'm getting older and the alcohol is really taking a toll on my health. So, the journey begins.

You're in luck then. I was a basket case my first day. Had to go get some beer just to feel human again. Ended up at the doctor's office a couple days later for meds to help me through. Wasn't that way during past quits but they seem to get worse each time, so make this your last one!
