Day 7
One full week! Yeay!
I thought I would list my favorite things so far this week:
--Tea. Lots and lots of tea. How much tea is too much I wonder?? Its mostly herbal tea with a chai thrown in there some mornings (lots of caffeine so more of a morning boost). Loving tea
--Sparkling water with a splash of pomegranate juice. This is my "replacement drink" when I get home. And we're not talking some pomegranate blend/cocktail thing. We're talking FULL ON pomegranate juice. Its strong, a little bitter, and delicious. The bottle was $12!! But I use only a splash so it will last me 2 weeks if not more.
--Mornings. I had always been a morning person. Loved waking up before the world was up and being productive. The last few years, that was stolen away from me, and I'm so happy I was able to enjoy some beautiful mornings this week.
--SR. Its been really helpful coming to this site. I've learned a lot, even when I was just lurking.
I'm a little nervous about the upcoming weekend already but I'll tackle that in another thread later on.

Thanks for the positive post Lola - a week is so great!
I love the mornings too - after years of keeping the curtains drawn & dreading the daylight. It feels so good to participate in life again.
