decided not to taper

I just went through hell last night & decided since stores weren't going to be open until I was 17 hours sober, it made no sense lol

You can do this. It is hard at first but it does get easier, and you never have to go through it again. Welcome aboard.

Yea, no sense now, 20 hours in .. Picked up some herbs yesterday to try something for my anxiety. Herbal tea & stuff. Thanx guys.

They are John & quite strong they do have some flowers & herbs in them but think it is the alcohol which squashes the anxiety!!

Hopefully at some point your path will cross with a pain specialist who can help you manage. Pain isn't fun at all. I'm trying to figure out how to manage mine as well....humor is my latest trick

Pain specialist turned me away cause I didn't have insurance & he wouldn't take casj\card :-\ but TY I'll figure it out been checking all day ..
