Day 3, Best I have done since around Feb!

Hope I can keep going. Only early early days again

Well done on day 3!!! It does come & go in waves but will improve. I'm on day 6 & have cold like like symptoms.. Not sure what's worse, a cold coming on or part of the withdrawal!. I do find the first couple of hours in the morning are worse but generally improve as the day goes on.. Keep going!!
