Today I feel good!
Today I feel good. Yesterday I asked God to take away this burden of alcoholism and the problems associated with it. I asked him to relieve me of the burden and to support me in my recovery. A couple of hours later my husband called me and agreed to enter a program for his alcoholism. I am not putting all my hopes in this but continuing on my path. Tonight I am attending a free seminar on divorce. Just so I have the information if I need it.
I feel relieved and hopeful. I feel as if there is hope even if my husband does not follow thru and get his life together.
This morning I went to a spinning class and met a new friend that invited me to join a book club! I have been wanting to do that for years. I know this is God's way of supporting me and giving me what I need.
I wanted to share the good days with you as well as the bad. Thank you for listening and supporting me as well. I think life may be ok after all.

Isn't it great to finally Let Go and Let God and finally start thinking of you. I remember the weight of the burden of worrying about the A being lifted off me when I went to my first meetings. Things can only get better when you start to learn to love yourself. Good luck

Smoke, that is one of my favorite songs. I used to play it on my keyboard but I have since lost the shhet music. I couldn't get enough of singing it either.
