I have floated around here for close to year. So sad with my behavior.. Im so lost feel like there no hope for me..Iget sober for a few days n go back to my old ways..

Please don't give up or lose hope. There is hope for you. You are posting here and that shows that deep down you still have some.

This journey is daunting because it requires change and we have to reset our brains and start thinking differently. Like Dee said, what support do you have?

Have you thought about joining the 24 hr June club..?

Perhaps reading the secular section on AVRT, RR and getting the reinforcements to tell your addictive voice where to go and that you are taking the reins now.

Perhaps a meeting, SMART, AA, you would be so welcome there.

7 month ago every single day I did not want to drink that day and yet there I would be swiping my CC for something that I didn't want or want to do...now I am doing what I want and that is not to drink..Now I feel better.
