Relapse prevention I learnt sooooo much !!!!! When I first got there I thought what have I got myself into hahaha. I gave it all I had and wait for it I HAVE A PLAN!!!!! Yes that's right me hehehe now action and more action 
I had to stay an extra day because of public holiday wtf I thought but that was a god job because I lost it that day and found a big piece of the puzzle of my trigger. Got back and straight into school pick up, dinners ect: felt anxious late arvo so went for a walk and guess what yep it helped cause it's part of my plan. So much to tell but one thing I'm just so grateful, hopeful, and ready to live a sober life just a day at a time! Love you all and words are not enough for all the love and support. Looking forward to helping others to V and gold coast girl have no credit till Tomoz and I love ya guts hahaha xxxxx

Haha...the walking...yep, it helps. Some days, I'd just tell myself over and over, just get your shoes on girl, forget drinking, get out there and go for a walk.
Sometimes I even made it symbolise every step was me walking into my new life and leaving my drinking life behind me.

Yep....walking. This part-time job I have is the best thing. Hours of exercise and sunshine, and architecture....and peace. It's amazing. Would never have believed how much this can centre you.
