Thanks guys.
Going pretty well though still have to really fight on most days and make sure I'm prepared. Better than I have been since I came here though, but I've still fallen off the wagon along the way.
Quick to get back on track usually though which I'm happy for and just need to keep working at it, and learning. Feel absolutely brilliant for putting in the work, like I have a new life set in front of me. As much as I still might struggle I haven't and can't forgot the nightmare of living in what was like a constant fog.
Thanks as always guys, it's warming to see some familiar names and as always I'm very thankful for all of you. Feels like coming home when I check in here

Don't think to much! Action is a better alternative to thinking. Being in my own head is scary...lol
Take it easy and check in often!

No good reason why I shouldn't spend more time here.
I do think too much Gracie, to an unhealthy extend, you've hit it on the head. I'm sure it's come through in my post here over the years, and it's worked against me.
Enjoying a quiet weekend and right now just kicking back reading the afternoon away on SR
