Day 3 Sober
Feeling a bit stronger with each hour, each day. I actually have a day off from work and drinking is furthest from my mind. Today, I will weed the grden and enjoy the outdoors!
Thanks to all that responded to my previous posts. This website is great! It is wonderful to read the posts and the responses that make me feel connected to people who understand and encourage me to be a better person one day at a time.

Outdoor activities are so much better for you, a bit of fresh air and you feel great.
