Today is a New Day

Today is a new day--second day sober. I am feeling preety good considering I was feeling ashamed of a drinking binge recently. I went to the office and helped a client who let me in on his problems. His concerns make me understand that I can get through with what I am dealt with if he is there making his life better. So grateful for this understanding!

It keeps getting better goody, life is not easy but it's certainly more pleasant when not hungover.
Well done again

Proud of you! Well done! I know it's not easy but remembering the last binge usually makes me think more than twice about picking up.

I'm hoping my last binge will keep me from ever drinking again! The memory (or lack of) is awful and I never want to feel this way again. Congrats on day 2! I'm on day 2 myself
