don't know

New to this. First time I've ever tried to stop (its 10 yrs). Got out ta dteox yesterday. Find myself just pacing/can't really concentrate. How long m I gonna b like this? P.s. I don't even understand how this site works really, I've just been reading a lot of what I'm feeling

I think the first few days are really hard - but there's tons of support here.

yes, it's difficult in those first days. The good news is that you never need to feel like this again.

Increase your chances. Keep reading here. Go to AA and get some support. Hear how others got through what you are dealing with now.

Hi Fionaa welcome and well done you will find plenty of support here, relatively new myself!!! I just float around the sites reading and posting now and again if you need advice just ask, SR is great, the fog will lift soon ,,it just needs time for the wires to reconnect now, so take it easy one day at a time

I remember the first few days I just had to promise myself "I can do it for an hour" and then the next hour and the next. Soon I had enough hours to add up to days. I still take it one day at a time. After all, we only live in the moment. I'll deal with tomorrow when it gets here.
