Hi-I've been lurking for a few days now and I just wanted to say hello. I'm really happy to have found such a supportive site. I'm not sure how bad my problem with alcohol is really-I just know it has become a problem and I'm not prepared to let it continue. 3 weeks without a drink-I feel really positive. I've realised I drink because I'm bored, stressed or both. I hope everybody is having a positive weekend.

Welcome and congrats on 3 weeks! That is AWESOME! You are definitely making the right decision. Alcoholism is progressive and will only get worse. The only way to get better is to not drink. Happy Sunday!
