I'm sure you can guess by the title that I fell of the wagon!
I have no idea why I can't just say no as I don't even enjoy drinking anymore but that hasn't stopped me drinking till I fall asleep. My Dr has changed my anti depressant meds to some that I take at night & make me drowsy so I am hoping this will help me stay sober.
Back to day 1.

Don't beat yourself up, LittleBlue, but get straight back to sobriety. Your antidepressants wil be much more effective without alcohol - and so will you!

What HeadLump said. So sorry you've hit this hurdle, but well done for coming back on here. We believe in you.

Pick yourself up and try again. I have tried quitting for what seems like a million times, but I won't give up the fight. You can do it.

Welcome back! Don't be too hard on yourself and move forward. The past is history.
If you haven't done so already, sign in to Weasel's weekend thread. Great incentive!

Back to Day 1 too. Climbing back on the horse is the best thing we can do. Have to work to make it stick this time!

Have faith in your ability to remain sober, there is no shame in falling off the wagon, just get back of and you will be a happier person for it.
