I know just how you feel - been there many times. I knew I couldn't keep recuperating from my binges - I had to stop all together. That's when I found SR, and knowing I wasn't alone made all the difference. We're glad you're here.

Thank you all so much... I don't think my body can handle another binge and relapse....
I know this feeling can only get better but it's so hard to see it today.... I feel so helpless but I guess I should just be thankful I am not drinking today....
Glad I found this site too, knowing I am not alone helps a lot <3

Welcome! Ho that feeling of being sick and tired.. I know it well. At some point we want to just crumble in a corner and stay there.
Truth is that sobriety is possible. It needs work of course, many have done it.
I am one that have relapsed many times, but I keep trying.
