A reminder
I am sick today. We ordered takeout last night and as soon as I went to bed I started to feel all the symptoms of a mild case of food poisoning 
The resemble the symptoms of a hangover!
As bad as I feel today, I see this as a small blessing. A reminder of how my life was EVERYDAY while I was drinking. And a reminder of why I don't want to go there ever again.

A speed recovery and hope you feel better soon. 
If I get motion sickness or dehydrated I go into
a spin that makes me feel aweful and is also a
reminder of how I often felt with a hangover.
So today, I continue to know exactly how I
use to feel with drinking just with small physical
ailments that happen in my life.
