Day 7
My moods really dipped. I don't know of it's because I was heightened with the extreme anxiety but tonight I feel low and a bit hopeless. And lonely really. I live alone with the boys. Maybe that's why I drank. Everyone else seems to have their lives sorted. Anyway. Low mood. That is all. Hope everyone else is ok

Hi, feeling low is a side effect I have suffered too, can I ask how long you have been sober?

Apologies, just noticed the thread name lol, yep it is quite tough at times to keep chirpy, dietary changes have helped me significantly of late, as have regular exercise regimes.
