New to sober recovery

Hello everyone!!!

I am new to sober recovery, not for my own recovery ( i never used drugs) but my boyfriends. We are living together and he is getting ready to come off of suboxone. He has been extremely open about his drug use, so I figure i should prepare myself for what is to come.
