Last night was a bit tough, but I drank some juice and ate more than I should have. Read a book and watched a scary movie. Made it through.
Tried a combo of melatonin & benadryl for sleep. Actually slept, which was wonderful, but very foggy brained today.
Trying to keep strong through the week. Weekend is coming up and I want some strong legs under me. The temptation is getting stronger as each day goes by and I feel better, which is probably strange thinking but there it is.
Just need to distract myself with other things.
