Day 2 and feeling great!
Ok so the lorazepam I had last night helped to relax me and I slept all night and have not done that in weeks possibly months!
No 4am saloon!
Feeling positive and looking forward to the feeling of wellness.
Having been through a detox before, I know if I can get through the first week, it gets easier from there.

You're lucky you got sleep on day 1! After a binge I've been up for 3-4 days straight!
So glad you're feeling well, keep on at it. I love the feeling of waking up sober. I need want to go back to how I felt last time I drank.
I'm not a big fan of AA terminology but I love the saying 'one day at a time'.
