huy guys , i went through the usual withdrawals , but suddenly today in day 7 sober , i had leg pain .

possiblity from withdrawals ?

Within the first few weeks, I had aches and pains in various places, figured it was just my body re adjusting without the numbness of alcohol to hide everything, it all passed with time.

Though anything your concerned about should be checked out by a Dr if you're worried!!

I now have pains in body parts that
I didn't even know that I had.

I think it is something to do with
not being continuously anesthetized.

After 5 months I am discovering new pains. Probably because I didn't notice them over the past few years.

For the first month, I took a lot of ibuprofen. I even commented that I had taken more ibuprofen in one month than the whole of the last year. I agree, pains are actually pains without the numbing.

I have not had leg pains associated with quitting alcohol. If it is severe and sudden, you may want to see your doctor.
