Hi, I'm on day 3 of recovery! Last pill was sat at 8:30 am. I'm all alone, very very depressed! I have no one to confide in. I have the RLS, bad. First two days weren't as bad as today. I'm very lethargic. But did manage to get off of couch today and go get some vitamins. I was using 30-40 mg daily. For almost 4 yrs. sometimes more. Any advice or words of wisdom would be appreciated.

Thank you all for your kind words, the withdrawals are terrible! But the loneliness is worse.

You are going great, hang in there...it is hard to say how long withdrawals last as they are different for everyone.
Once they are over you will never have to go through this again.
This is a great place and you are not alone.
I found warm baths helped so much with the RLS. Also lots of water.
Keep posting, it can get quite here at different times but I feel it does help to get out what you are going through.
