This is the hard part of the day I think liss.
Water will help, small sips.
And a nice hot shower if you have time.
And do you have a video or a favourite show you can maybe watch after dinner?
Something light to make you laugh perhaps.

Just sat down got a headache to lol winge ahhhh. Voice is on tonight love that show. Dropped boys to footy clean house and just lil one home till 6:30 so will enjoy it whilst it lasts hey
